SHIPPING

We offer international shipping to all destinations.
Please note: Shipping costs are exclusive of any import tax or customs duties which may be payable on delivery to your country.

HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE? –  4-7 business days to most major cities, world-wide.

Please allow 2/3 working days from when your order is first placed for the warehouse to pick and pack your order for shipping. Orders placed after the daily cut off or on the weekend will be shipped the following business day.

EXCHANGE AND RETURNS

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you can simply return the item(s) to us in their original condition within 14 days of receipt. We will issue an exchange or refund upon receipt and examination. Items should be returned in their original condition with their label tag. Shipping and return postage is down to you, with customers outside the EU responsible for all duties and taxes. Please return the items in a safe and securely packaged box or bag via COURIER ONLY (IE: DHL, UPS), with the original sales receipt. Please note the product is your responsibility until it is received and signed for by us. We are not responsible for parcels lost in transit. We recommend that you send your return only via a secure and traceable courier who can insure your parcel. You are strongly encouraged to obtain proof of posting and keep it safe.

Please make sure that your items are returned back to us new, unused and with all the garment tags still attached. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and sent back to you. Please contact our customer care team at info@silviaastore.com if you have more questions.

REFUND

Your refund will be credited to the original payment method you used. If your order has been sent to a destination within the EU, all sales taxes will be refunded.

Outside the EU, customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable. Please note that refunds may take up to 10 working days to show on your account due to differing processing times between payment providers.
